Description

The BioLink™ cDNA Synthesis Kit provides a rapid and sensitive method for generating high-quality, qPCR-ready first-strand cDNA for use in downstream real-time PCR. It is ideal for 4pg to 0.5µg of input RNA and includes two tubes for easy reaction set up. One tube contains our exceptionally stable reverse transcriptase and a powerful RNase inhibitor. The second tube contains a 5X reaction buffer with an optimal mixture of anchored oligo (dT) primers and random hexamers to produce a nonbiased population of cDNA.
