BioLink™ UHF (Ultra High-Fidelity) DNA Polymerase is a next generation polymerase developed to overcome the disadvantages of conventional enzymes, such as poor sensitivity, significant inhibition in crude PCR assays, long extension times and the tedious optimization of buffer conditions and reaction parameters. For applications requiring highly accurate amplification, BioLink UHF is the polymerase of choice. The increased sensitivity and activity result in more reproducible performance and will amplify a wide range of targets.
