Description

BioLink™ GreenLink™ Blue qPCR Mastermix is a next-generation 2X Master-mix for use in real-time PCR (qPCR) applications offering a broad dynamic range with industry-leading sensitivity, specificity, speed, and reproducibility.  It contains an inert, blue tracer dye to facilitate accurate pipetting, which has no effect on accurate quantitation.

GreenLink™ Blue qPCR Mastermix utilizes the proprietary GreenLink™ fluorophore, a highly-sensitive intercalating dye-based detection chemistry that exhibits minimal PCR inhibition and greater fluorescence than SYBRⓇ Green I, generating earlier Ct values. Data may be acquired on the SYBR/FAM channel (520 nm) with no change in instrument settings. Melt curve analysis may be performed following qPCR to ensure specific product formation.

Our antibody-mediated LinkTaq™ hot-start polymerase demonstrates high-specificity with industry-leading processivity, and is compatible with both standard and fast reaction speeds. Our fast protocol allows for 40 cycles in under 20 minutes, maximizing laboratory throughput.
