Description

The BioLink™ PrimeChoice™️ cDNA Synthesis Kit provides end-users maximum flexibility for generating high-quality, qPCR-ready first-strand cDNA for use in downstream real-time PCR.  Random hexamers and oligo(dT) primers are provided in separate tubes, allowing for custom priming methods.  The included high-capacity RT enzyme with reduced RNase H+ activity is ideal for 2.0µg to 10pg of input RNA and generates amplicons up to 9kb.
