Description

The LinkLadders™ Tri-Color Protein Ladder is a tri-color protein standard containing 10 pre-stained proteins spanning a wide range of molecular weights, from 10-180kDa in Tris-Glycine buffer (9-170 in Bis-Tris MOPS and MES buffers). All bands are stained blue, aside from a red reference band at 75kDa and a green reference band at 25kDa.

The LinkLadders™ Tri-Color Protein Ladder is designed for approximating the size of proteins, monitoring protein separation during SDS-PAGE, and verification of Western blotting transfer efficiency (on PVDF, nylon, or nitrocellulose membranes).
