The LinkLadders™ Blue Protein Ladder is an all-blue protein standard containing 10 pre-stained proteins spanning a wide range of molecular weights, from 10-180kDa in Tris-Glycine buffer (9-170 in Bis-Tris MOPS and MES buffers). Two enhanced bands are included at 25 and 75kDa to assist with orientation.

The LinkLadders™ Blue Protein Ladder is designed for approximating the size of proteins, monitoring protein separation during SDS-PAGE, and verification of Western blotting transfer efficiency (on PVDF, nylon, or nitrocellulose membranes).
